Barcelo San Jose has spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a beautiful outdoor pool area surrounded by tropical landscaping. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of traditional Costa Rican dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

Though there were issues with our check-in, Nicky at the front desk made our stay memorable with exceptional service and a surprise dinner for my wife's birthday.

We absolutely loved our spacious suite with a balcony and enjoyed making our own espressos in the lounge. There are great relaxation spots here like the outdoor pool and the cozy garden area to unwind after a day of exploring. One little drawback was the noise from the nearby highway, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 😊
